The molar composition of acetaminophen using its H NMR spectra can be calculated by using Quantitative Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Technique.

This technique, which is called Q-NMR, is used for quantification and purity of organic compounds. According to NMR theory, the NMR signal intensity of the compounds was directly proportional to the area of the compounds. Therefore it is based on direct comparison of NMR signal intensity of the compound.
