4)answer would be marketing myopia. Why because instead of taking the holistic view as an entertainment delivery company it saw and projected itself as a retailer of selling vhs and dvd on rent. Marketing myopia is a short sighted and inward looking approach in marketing defining the company needs more important compared to focusing on defining company as fulfilling consumers needs.

5) answer is Federal Trade Commission(FTC). FTC was established in 1914 to regulate competition and ensure consumer protection.

6) answer would be sustainable competitive advantage. Why because walmart at its beginning was a very small store when it entered the market compared to target stores and k-retail.But what made the difference is the location of walmart stores was concentrated around the distribution centres leading to reduction of logistics cost and improved supply chain management. This made a difference which is also known as sustainable competitive advantage.
