Rehabilitaiton focus on individual value and rights to take care of their own health. An interdisciplinary team approach towards each individual as a unique person focus on providing comprehensive education and training to improve their knoledge and skills to empower their self-care. Rehabilitation philosophy includes interdisciplinary team education for person in treatment plan and self-care with coordination and assistance to reach the goal with collaboration and communicaiton help client to reach their personal goal. it is a process of adaptation to regain their maximum function and restoration.Example: When a client with injury and trauma when he lost his physical function and suffering from mental and phyiscal disability, rehabilitation for 3months from an interdisciplinary team like physician, nurse, social workers, physical therpist, coporation for resuming patient normal activity with education, training improve their normal activity with full range of motion.
