Importance of water in human body

• Water helps to form saliva that further helps to digest food.
• It helps to regulate body temperature
• Water consumption helps lubricate and cushion your joints, spinal cord, and tissues.
• It helps excrete waste through perspiration, urination, and defecation
• it helps to prevent constipation
• drinking water before, during, and after a meal will help body break down the food you eat more easily. This will help to digest food more effectively and get the most out of your meals
