Saponins, Cardenolides and Amygdalin - All three are glycosides (a molecule in which a sugar is bound to another functional group through a glycosidic bond) and they found in various plant species which are often toxic.

Difference:

While Saponins contain amphipathic glycoside having both hydrophilic and lipophilic properties , Cardenolide have cardiac active steroids containing 5-6 membered lactone ring and Amygdalin is a cyanogenic glycoside in which each amygdalin molecule contains a nitrile group.
