1)Scope of practice is explained as practitioner in healthcare who are permitted to take actions, procedures, processes with the terms of their licences.

Scope of practice is determined by the Nurse practice Act of the state.

2)Nurse is accountable to the patients ,to herself, to their employers, to their co workers, to their profession.

3)Autonomy is explained as the ability to make decision according to their knowledge.

Accountability is explained as taking responsibility of one's action which one performs towards their patients.

These two has to work together to perform and to provide quality care to patients.
