Answer #1

The sonographer and the mammography unit must possess the best collaboration in diagnosing and screening for breast issues. Ultrasounds are DIAGNOSTIC, mammography are for SCREENING. The sonographer will be communicating with the mammography department regarding their findings in the breast which includes any suspicious area or density in a breast which paves the way for the sonographer to diagnosis the problems of breast, even though there is no any lesions and changes in mammogram any lump on palpation which is felt by the patient also will perform ultrasonography. Thus the sonographer and mammography department will be better at identifying abnormalities of breast. A) The examination from mammography department will have impact on the sonographer as on the mammography, both fluid and the solid tissue appear the same, where as it creates a direction for the sonography to interpret the mammography in depth to identify the cyst and tumors .The other point the research studies generalise is that most of the women's are unsatisfied as it is the embarrassing moment for them being private. Thus ultrasound always acts as a compliment to mammography. B) they both work with the aim of identifying and screening the vulnerable group, diagnosis of the individual personnel, preventive measures in breast cancer awareness and planning for next level, feed back from the clients can be modified and work together with the motivation for better screening and diagnosis.
