When a car makes a tight turn the passengers experience a force which outside of the car or away from the center of the arc made by turn, which is called Centrifugal Force.

Therefore yes there is a force that pushes the passenger outside the curve known as centrifugal force.

Explanation:-

In the inertial reference frame the passanger does not feel the motion but he is moving with the velocity of the car, and when a tight turn made by car, the passenger resist to change the direction according to the Newton's first law and therefore finds himself pushed against the window.

According to the Newton's third law every action has an equal and opposite reaction therefore the passenger is pushing against the window and the window is pushing on to the passenger.

The force exerted by the window is called psuedo force.
