How has cancer incidence and prevalence, as a whole (all types included), changed over the last 50 years?

Cancer the most life threatening disease which is now common in every other home at least one suffering from it.Before 50 years The rate was very rare and there was no cases or any better medical treatment. It has doubled over the these many years.The main reason being increased life span or longevity ,life style, dietary habits,genetics or hereditary, occupational ,pollution viruses,over weight,obesity,Sun bath,sun bed,alcohol ,smoking,lack of breast feeding

It is unlikely to get the same incidence after 50 to 60 years because there has been a great advancement and research on going in this field to prevent and completely cure cancer.
