The past few decades have been revolutionary in changing the dynamics between managers and workers.The relationship has now grown more professional than how it was over the last decade.This professionalism in a way has helped to increase the quality of work but the loyalty between the workers and managers has lost.Over the last decade,the employees have been more volatile and had changed their jobs most often.On the other hand employees from past tended to stay in one job for their life time.The internet world and technology has increased the transparency between the workers and managers.Now,since everything is digitalized the personal perks and favoritism culture of manager has lost.This dynamics have more shifted towards a work and career oriented than what it was (surprisingly personal).
