internal factors. Internal factors like organization culture,

strategic planning and management process. External factors like
political, legal, media, competitive marketing, technology cannot
be controllable. to manage the organization as a manager they will
have some measures to control these factors.
Legislation changes affect the organization strategic plan in
health, safety, patient protection, and environmental law.
strategic planning is a long term goal and focuses on future
achievement. strategic planning needs time and labor-intensive
process. Strategic planning is a costly and too complex process it
needs staff involvement in planning for quality improvement, but
strategic planning can stimulate the organization process and make
the shared vision and strengthen the organization relationship.
