Answer: Working in a group can have many disadvantages. A group is consits of many members where different people have their own views and thoughts. Working in group causes many hurdles while working some of the people are not ready to help you. But they should understand that it is a teamwork and they should work together to bring best. The problem described here can be resolved only when there would be communication among group members. The team members should contact, or else the guide should know about the situation of the group and try to change the team members. Because team member themselves should be aware of the need of the project and work.
