• you should eat less amount of carbohydrate foods by means of that the insulin requirement to consume the food will be good enough and your blood sugar level will be maintained. low carbohydrate food that you need to include are green vegetables, natural fats such as butter, sea fishes and meats may consume, Avoid eating rice, pasta, carbo breads.
• You may consume moderate protein diet, foods that are rich in fibers, green vegetables and fruits will be more useful for easy digestion and maintaining blood sugar level in the normal range.
