-Marie may approach Human Right Protection activists to address her issues with the supervisors.McDonald has a deep responsibility to respect the right and dignity of the people who work for the company and do business with partners that respect human rights for their respective employees.

- A nurse may be disciplined because she is bond with code and conduct of medical ethics.Any violation may lead to punishment under various protection law.

- As a nurse ,She will first of all try to know all her issues with the supervisors and try to solve under her scope of practice .Nurse may guide her for resolving issues with the supervisors or give her psychological counseling if issues are related to emotional levels.

- One specific consent given by patient is the Informed Consent.

Informed Consent is a process of getting written permission from patient before conducting any healthcare procedure, investigation or for disclosing personal information.

Limitations of informed consent are:-

1)It cannot be relevant to all medical decisions because it cannot be provided by patients who are incompetent to consent.

2)It cannot be used in choosing public health policies.

3) It cannot be obtained from patient who are vulnerable or dependent
