3 month cardiac rehabilitation program. although he walked 3 miles
per day and strength trained two times per week until just a few
months ago, he still experienced a heart attack. fortunately, his
physician referred him to a cardiac rehabilitation program soon
after his heart attack. since then, he has felt much better and
stronger, but he would like more guidance. he is currently taking a
blood thinner.
how would you approach this situation?
what type of exercise testing and prescription would you
recommend?
would you offer any advice on his diet?
