1. Planning is needed to achieve goals or targets on an organization. Planning will come under the management process used to direct towards a specific objective to achieve. Before performing of any actions or work planning is important in order to complete the work or achieving a goal in a successful manner and it gives a better vision on the future plans. During planning it requires a lot of resources like decision making, judgement, time, money, place, thinking, etc. All these things lead to achieving of goals and they are manged through effective use of resources to help the organization to reach its target.

2. Organizing patterns are those which are used in a professional organization using relationship structures to achieve a desired goal.

Some of the organizing patterns are listed below :

* Compare and contrast organizing patterns

* Cause and effect organizing patterns

* Problem and solution organizing patterns

* Sequential organizing patterns, etc.
