Answer: Some of the key issues that should be identify for successor are:

  • The relationship with the managements: There is always a kind of tension with the Midwestern system and hence it declines the performance of the hospital.
  • Challenges for the better performance: The performance should be maintained as it is the biggest challenge for the organization.
  • Analysis of the situation: The evaluation and analysis that provides specific results and performance of the organization.

It is important to improve the performance. This can be achieved only by evaluation, feed back and encouragement of the members. The first step should be involved by feedback of the performance. After this evaluation and analysis of the negative reports and feedback should be focused. The improvement should be initiated.
