2)HRO means Human resource outsourcing is very important in the health care sector to recruit staff in health care organization. They have a combined role with administration and finance of an organization looking out the payroll of the employee.The benefits of HRO are minimising business risk,cost saving, and continuous development. It helps a patient by providing quality staff for providing care. It helps the health care provider by professional improvement and meeting their financial needs.There are no instance an organization not want to become an HRO because it will directly affect the growth and progress.
