A service should be bilateral where service rendered and payment made occurs in simultaneously. In case of a beach visit, store visit and writing a check, the service does not involve any payment made. There should be no transfer of physical goods between the seller and the buyer. Pizza and t-shirt are physical goods. Hence the only correct option is a visit to a doctor because it involves a service (treatment) and a payment of fee.
