In case of inspection of multiple tubular body parts, the body part which is distant from the starting point of inspection is coded.

In case of multiple non tubular body parts are inspected, the body part that specifies the entire region being inspected is coded.

B3.11c

When the inspection procedure and another procedure is performed on a body part simultaneously, if the inspection procedure is carried out using a different approach irrespective of the other, then the inspection procedure is coded seperately.
