1.In an organization,conflict can be removed by making a proper understanding between different employees working in the organization.Good understanding can really have a good solution in solving various types of conflicts.
2.Conflict can be managed by giving equal importance to all the employees who are contributing good towards the achievement of various goals of the organization.This can help in removing the feeling of jealousy in employees and thus conflicts also gets reduced.
3 Conflicts can also be managed by giving equal workload to different employees so that no employee should feel overburdened.
Thus according to me, these are the best ways in which conflicts can be managed and solved. In every organization conflicts occur and the strategies for eradicating conflicts must be applied as soon as possible so that the conflicts should not affect the workings of the organization in a negative manner.
