Communication forms the basis for success or failure of an organization. When this is established in the right way it can lead to the growth of the organization. Some of the communication skills which can be established with the customers in accordance with organisational requirements are

  • Be an active listener to the customers conversation, this gives a feeling of respect to the customer
  • Make sure the customer is concerned in all ways to satisfy their needs
  • Do not give false assurance because this can impact the name and fame of the organization
  • Explain the customer in simple language whe n a query is asked
  • Prioritize the customers need
  • Ensure a proper body language, eye contact while conversations
  • Can repeat what the customer needs finally to confirm and provide assurance
  • Compliment the customer in the right way with genuineness because fake compliments can be easily grasped by the customer
  • Build trust and recipwith the customer for a long term service.
