The mindset or attitude of the owner has direct influence on the success or failure of the business.People with fixed mindset do not achieve success in business while those with flexible mindset can get success in business..When the economy is in a downward state a fixed attitude person will put the blame on the economy but a flexible owner will try to understand the problem and try to find means to overcome the problem.Flexible mindset owners are ready to take the solutions from any source and not afraid to take action as suggested by others .They take in advice and solution given by others . They are ready to make changes in the interest of the business.When a business is in a bad situation it is necessary to keep a level head and not to panic.The owner of business should keep in mind that the business has its own identity and decisions should be taken keeping in mind the welfare of the company A owner with a flexible attitude will honestly take into consideration the problems that the business is facing and control the problems.The owner should be ready to admit his fault,should be honest , punctual, keep his promise for the business to be succesful.
