Life variables that have an impact on the health and wellbeing of people with chronic diseases are:

* Unhealthy habits like smoking and alcohol. ( If the chronic ill patients are continuing with the substance abuse habits, it may further deteriorate their health )

* Lack of physical exercise ( Lack of physical exercise and inactivity are the major causes of life style diseases such as heart diseases, Hypertension and Diabetes. Regular exercises may control Diabetes and Hypertension.)

* Income and social status : Income and social status of the Chronically ill people may affect their health and wellbeing. High income people may have regular check up, consultation and treatment)

Impact of chronic diseases in social life

* Withdrawal from friends and activities in the social life

* Unable to perform the responsibilities in the society and work environment

Impact of chronic diseases in Clent's emtional, psychological wellbeing:

* Poor selfimage ( positive selfimage may turn to negative )

* Mood changes such as depression and anxiety

Impact of chronic diseases on clients financial status:

* Financial loss ( Increasing medical cost and other livig expenses will reduce the investment of the patient)

* less income support to tbe family( The person who is a breadwinner, may get a chronic illness, then the monthly income may stop for the day by day requirements)
