socialization and learning among students throughout the
life..Meta-analysis research study examine the effects of
cooperative,competitive and individual learning has large of
dependent variables like achievement, socialization,motivation and
personal self-development..In cooperative learning model student
Teams-Achievement division(STAD) social science learning,consist of
3level that is observation on students, student cooperation,making
improvement and guiding students with teamwork..This model in
student team work improve student cooperation..Student
Team-achievement division has no competition between students or
group,they work together to solve problem in different ways of
thinking..Along with teachers help students motivated themselves to
learn the subject fast with accurate way..Students skills helps in
problem solving formulation in learning activities..The researchers
use several instrument like observational sheet,interview
sheet,field notes and documentation..this helps validating the
learning data with this 3level of STAD..According to the category
learning percentage will be evaluated..
This study also evaluate the obstacles in cooperative learning
model among students like teachers lesson plan, atmosphere in the
class room.In group division students come forward with group of
friends it make teachers to be confused with their attitude,lack of
group work,lack of student courage in learning etc..This can be
solved by teachers with preparing intent learning materials as per
student capacity,motivation of students by teachers by some
rewards..stimulus to students by teachers they should be courage in
asking question and arguing...this evidence based practice results
