Introduction:
Master of Science in Nursing( MSN) program is an advanced
post-graduate degree for RN and it is an entry-level degree for
nurse educators. this degree makes the nurses as nurse
administrators, clinical nurse leaders, and managers in the future
with additional education and advanced training.
Academic individual/ team:

a practitioner nurse are nurse researchers and nurse practitioners.
Nurse researchers in medical research in the new areas of
scholarship provide a large amount of information, it involves them
in statistics, data collection and evidence-based methodology.

they receive additional training to prepare the students in
advanced clinical care and they involve in high-level health care
services.
