Yes; this is legal to offer such job to male only.

This is not gender discrimination in workplace.

Usually gender discrimination is illegal; male and female must be equally treated in workplace, unless the job is not conducive for all.

Given, the job is hazardous (like working in mining). It restricts pregnant workers working there. Since all females are in this category, hazardous job may not be offered to them and this could only be given to male workers.
