In shot ,the important points to be viewed while evaluating a website given by UC Berkeley are :-

Authority - Who is the author? What is their point of view?

Purpose - Why was the source created? Who is the intended audience?

Publication & format - Where was it published? In what medium?

Relevance - How is it relevant to your research? What is its scope?

Date of publication - When was it written? Has it been updated?

Documentation - Did they cite their sources? Who did they cite?

Based on these evaluation points there are many nutrition websites which are reliable and valid and can be recommended to others because it's not the fake one and will effectively help the other person to improy his or her nutrition .

1. Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics

Information includes daily tips to improve diet quality, resources for nutrition information, fact sheets on many nutrition related topics, and a search engine to locate a dietitian. Nutrition information is also provided in Spanish.

2. Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion

The Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion, a division of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, aims to improve the nutrition and well-being of Americans.

3. FDA Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition

Comprehensive site with information on just about any topic related to food safety, nutrition and governmental policies.

4. Nutrition.gov

http://www.nutrition.gov

Comprehensive guide to providing resources on health management, lifecycle issues, food safety, food assistance programs, and research projects.

5. USDA Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion

http://www.usda.gov/cnpp

Provides information on nutrition policies and guidelines for professional and consumer use.
