Q1 ) How many hours in week do you spend studying ?

Q2 ) How many hours do you spend on computers ,video games or television ?

Q3) Asking them , what GPA you secured in the terms before ?

Q4) How many hours did you spend studying previous terms ?

Q5 ) Rate your efforts which you are putting this term and previous term ?

Q6 ) How do you spend you leisure time ?

Q7 ) Do you have some extra motivation this term to do well or its like the last term ?

Q8 ) How are your closest friends ( peers ) at studies ? You can record their previous grades as well.

Q9 ) Which all subjects do you liked last semester and this semester ?

Q10) What is your percentage of attendance this term and previous terms ?

These questions can help you predicts one's GPA , If you are able get good amount of data and do proper analysis.
