Stepping forward means to take the initiative and work in order to produce effective and high outcomes. Every individual in community has a duty of care and reposnibility towards their community and society they live in. It is necessary and mostly incorporated in every culture that community service is the most appropriate means of services that are done to ensure better care and support without any profit means or agendas. Community services are done with the aim to provide high quality life, wellbeing and support to the individual who are vulnerable, needy and dependent in the community.

To step forwards in my community and beyond i perform some major activities. These include working as a community nurse, providing care for health and daily life to the individual that are dependent and vulnerable. Moreover, i work in the community clinic for 3 days a wekk where we support the dementia and other mental illnesses. The patients with these illness and old age often are care for in these clinics and are looked after for their physical and mental health and wellbeing.

Working for these clinics set me to take a step forward for the community and present my skills and services for the needy. Moreover, i also work in the charity programs where the cause and charity is mainly working against child abuse and safety. This is again a very important issue in society and needs to be tackled by community participation. The programs work in order to organize the campaigns, awareness drives and programs to support orphanage and looked after children. These children are provided additional care and support and the population is being awared for the consequences of child abuse and harm.

Hence, it can be said that stepping forward for community cause can be done by every individual in different manner. There are several aspects of community that need voluntaru participation of individuals to support the needy and vulnerable population groups.
