Solution. An organization operating in competitive economic market needs to meet its set general objective of earning profits along with social impact in society. Organization's objective are met by efficient and effective working and involvement of its employees aligning with set plans and goals. The team is provided with plans and authority to perform the same within given time, to obtain desired results. Feedback from employee's side to top management level, helps in obtaining any form of recommendation or criticisms to the same. If the organization only focuses on regulating employees performance and meeting with financial goals, it will fail in analyzing employees grievances and expectations, thereby diminishing employees work efficiency and effectiveness in workplace.
