reach the goal for the rights and duties of people at work. It has
issues on payment of employees, working hours, training, safety
rights. It is suitable for nurses, physicians, IT employees,
non-professional and professional. It helps to follow standards and
involvement in the decision making process, it makes management to
make confirm the contract process. but sometimes it reduces
individuality, management will not be under one control. This
process fails sometimes by often changing position, not willing to
follow particular duties, proper action focus on only one side,
rejection for any changes.
