Results measurement phase is the crucial stage in any process as this will be an effective feedback on how well the work is being implemented. The results can be analysed using the vatious resources such as data registries, electronic quality registries which includes the exact patient satisfaction systems. Any process includes the various steps to create a best generalisation.

This includes such as structure, process, outcome, the experience of the patient and also the cost containment. This involves the largest organisation to go even in depth to analyse the quality care of the clinician.

The organizational roles which can be included are as follows :

* collection of results from various sources such as primary and secondary sources.

* measuring the results: the measuring the results is the crucial periods whereby each and every step of individuals feedback and experience has to be taken into account.

* analysing and interpretation: analysis of the data must include a wide variety of usga of calculation to get the accurate answers and results which indeed helps any organisation to improve the patient care. Interpretation using proper media must be analysed in order to provide error free feedback

* generalisation: the overall results statistics calculated and monitored can be generalised as a whole and partly and can be documented which caters the performance appraisal and improvements needed.
