A.patient have hypernatremia and hypotension post operatively due to infection or fluid volume deficit.respiration and heart rates are normal.
B.due to spinal cord injury autonomic dysfunction and hyporeflexia occurs.this leads to spinal shock.d keep tendon reflexes and cutaneous reflexes lost in this condition leads to hypotension and bradycardia.
Immediate loss of autonomic tune leads to hemodynamic changes because of spinal code injury.thus is called neurogenic shock.In spinal shock patient cannot feel sensation below the level of injured part.
