Nursing ,the most demanded profession in the medical field.A nurse has a widespread opportunity both in clinical and non clinical sector.One choosing Nursing career will be because of willingness to take care of a sick and gain theoretical and practical knowledge and maintain a high standard in the society equivalent to a provider.

Communication or interaction plays a vital role in this profession. This can either make a patient at ease and enhance faster healing or aggrevate a patient condition and detoriate their health status

Patient

• be empathetic to patient, to win confidence
• Encourage patient to verbalize ,this eases the patient and relieves them out of stress when they express all their feeling and doubts and get clarification
• Listen to the patient first ,active listening
• Respect the socioeconomic, cultural background of the patient

Family members

• Clarify their queries
• Invole the active participation of the family members in treatment
