Answer #1

1. It is the Dietary Approach to Stop Hypertension and it favors meals that are low in animal and dairy fat and rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

My current dietary intake is low in animal and dairy fat as I eat meat once in a week and curd 2-3 times a week . I take one fruit each day according to season . Wheat is the main grain I have most and vegetables I eat everyday .

So, mostly it's close to DASH diet .

Three dietary changes that I would like to make are :-

- Increased intake of fluids

- eating small meals

- having a light diet at night

3. I ate all the things which are included in DASH diet and removed those which are not included .

It was easy as my personal diet was close to it and I also made the changes which I really wanted to do .

I would share my experience and.the advantages of following the DASH diet to others so that they also follow it
