Medical persons will deal with neurological issues of person where confidentiality and privacy should be maintained. In medical emergency room. Before doing of any procedures the health care providers has to take consent from patient and family and arrange for privacy. Arranging of all required equipment,data bases, specialized persons for treatment .

2. Yes, some of the companies such as insurance companies will have access to your personal neural records for insurance, in claiming of medical bills, hospital stay, expenses spend on person. Except the insurance and contract based persons only have to utilize persons information, and others are not having any right to capture the information and utilizing that information for market strategies. Disclosing of any personal information of person is a crime and severe punishments be made against them.

3. All the insurance companies policies should differ from each other. Some companies charge expenses based of total hospital stay and diagnostic findings, but the other companies charge according to social status of person. This is not a good sign from insurance company as they are trustworthy.
