Awareness about different healthcare concerns is generated by the efficient use of mass media such as management of diabetes, Breast cancer. The different ways mass media can have a negative impact on healthcare is the use of media to launch new drugs as an informed patient may be tempted to take the drug which may turn harmful for the patient. Apart from this the fact that people watching too much of mass media can lead to a sedentary life with less physical activity and poor health.
