Oral curve is the bend curve in the graph indicating the concentration of drug in the blood taken in oral form .

IV AUC is more than oral AUC ( area under curve ) because the amount of drug absorbed in the blood by the intravenous route is more than the amount of drug absorbed by oral route administration.
