CODING GUIDELINES: coding guidelines are used in software project to detect the errors in the early stages of development of software. Cost of making software can be reduced by using coding guidelines. Reading if the code can become easy if the coding guidelines are maintained properly.

2) keeping codes fixed and stable

3) making of unique codes

4) keeping understandable codes

5) add meaning to the codes

6) a change made in codes should be allowed
