Comparative advantage is a term which states economy's ability to produce goods and services at a price lesser than the competitors. To provide such schemes and offers which overshadows the offer of competitors and thus increase the performance.

Growth

Decline

- Expansion is entering in yhe market through advertisments offers and growing accordingly

-maturity stage is where the real estate has achieved a expected targets and will focus on maintaining the same

-growth is after achieving maturity the real estate focuses on growing and expanding its project to increase the sale

Decline is where the closure or the recovery period wherin the real estate has achieved the set targets and it is the time to convert the same
