These vessels may rupture and bleed leading to hematemesis
Anaemia- Inadequate formation, use and storage of vitamin k lead to hemorrhagic phenomena and anemia
Tachycardia and low blood pressure are due to blood loss.
Mass in right and left hypocondrium - Due to scarring of liver which is present in right hypochondriac region but slightly spread to left hypochondrium so masses can be felt in both hypochondrium
