1. written communication can improve workers productivity

2. Written appreciations can also improve employee satisfaction

Any data, suggestions, appreciations, command, rules, and regulations in a written format can improvers the productivity of workers as well as satisfaction level towards the company. There is maybe a diverse range of people from the different streams, different levels of knowledge, and from a different region expected to read your communication so, a simple and understandable language can easily communicable for all types of people.
