The most often performed function of financial management in my job is financing decision in which i have to regularly interact with the finance officers of various financial institutions regarding financing of short term and long funds requirement and settlement of issue related to the previous financing agreements and debts.
Rest of the functions of financial management like Investment decision, dividend decision and liquidity decisions are generally taken by CFO and concerned manager holding a key position in hierarchy
