Honest feedback is one which can be given by an individual without fearing towards its consequences nor getting any benefits because of it.Some of the ways to assess whether one has the courage to ask and give honest feedback are

  • They should be fearless
  • Able to accept criticism and find ways to solve it
  • Veracity of the feedback
  • Willing to bring new changes which can be beneficial to others
  • Self improvement and preventing any future errors by self and encouraging others to do so.
