Answer #1

2.5% cream

= 2.5 grams in 100 gram

= 2.5/100

= 0.025 grams/ gram

= 0.025 x 90

= 2.25 grams cream total in 90 grams

10% cream

10/100

= 0.1 gram in 100 gram

2/ 0.01

= 20

0.5% cream

0.5 grams in 100 gram

= 0.5/100

= 0.005 gram/ gram

= .25/0.005

= 50

20 grams of 10% and 50 grams of 0.5 % will make 2.25 grams cream total in 90 grams
