This enable the person to understand the things quickly as well as more clearly. The active listening process reduces or eliminates the risk of dispute or misunderstanding.

Active listening provides base to the organization to remove the barrier among employees and employers. Understanding things more clearly leads to positive understanding.

• Eye contact.

This communication is different than others as not everytime a person can be a active listener. Most of the time people don't pay attention to the topics or the conversation. They usually not indulge active listening skils in the communication and hence the conflict occurs.

The active listening provides the platform to understand the communication level, methods used as well as the message person wants to convey. This active listening when incorporated in the communication, it improve the results.
