This book is a rare combination of leadership thoughts, soulful storytelling and real-life experience that will not only inspire you but will also reclaim your passion and courage to experiment and take risk.

A good book is one which is not only well written but also the writer is able to make an impression on your life, this book is something like that. By this book, I was able to relate with our life as in our childhood we all are fearless and on daily basis, we used to do an experiment and learn new stuff with courage. Also, even our family and surrounding also support/motivate us but as we grow up, people expect change. Now we are expected to be careful and don’t make mistake, due to which most of us stop taking the risk and experimenting new stuff. We try to take a safe or full proof path on which we know we will succeed and there is no risk.

In this book, the writer has given so many real-life examples that motivates and inspire us from experimenting with new things and resolve all the projects faced by people. Also, chapter names are not buzz words, no fancy vocabulary, but they are action-focused: flip, dare, spark, leap, seek, team, move, next. There you go, all eight chapters. This unique style was very creative.

• Creative comes when there is no / less resistance – Always support experiments and motivate yourself / others in trying new ideas. It is always good to have ideas and then select one out of all or combine common ideas together to create a great thought.
• Always look for different eyes / different ways to analyze – It is always good to see things from different eyes or open mind as then you will be able to observe things together and will achieve better results than expected.
• Better results are achieved with more experiments – It is always advised to think more or gather more ideas with respect to a situation/thing and then decide the final solution for same. As in that case you will achieve better results and for the same set of things. So always try to do different experiments
• Develop abundance mentality – never settle for a solution quickly, always think and try all possible options and then result in quality will improve drastically
• Support growth state of mind - The design thinking focus on observation and empathy brings in human behavior, motivation, needs, desires and beliefs.

As mentioned in this book all the things we learn in our workspace and other areas can be used inter-related. Like if in the workplace you learned to take a pause before taking any major decision, just re-evaluate a bit. This can we be used in day to day work when at home you face an issue and you were required to take any action, the user can think and then do it. Like this, there can be infinite situations where people can use there learning. Ability to thing open mind, creative thinking etc.
