28-day challenge:
For this challenge, you are to try something new or change a habit for 28-days.
For example, you could:
Whatever you choose, the goal is to do something new or different every day, for 28 consecutive days.
One other thing to keep in mind when choosing your challenge is to keep it simple. While I want to encourage healthy habits for this assignment, pick one thing. Trying to cut out meat, sugar, and wheat while up-ing your workout routine may be a bit much, and negatively impact your overall success.
For this week, all you need to submit is 200-words identifying what challenge you are taking on and why.
I would like to do a 28 days challenge to get rid of acne in the face. Acne is a common skin disease. Symptoms of this include pimples, which is difficult to get rid off. I believe conventional treatment with scientific evidence can help to improve the conditions. Proper use of 4 steps daily for 28 days will bring out a best outcome for acne conditions. The steps are, face wash, toning, moisturising and spot treatment. Diet will also take a big role in formation of acne. Fat rich foods like meat, egg, ice creams etc can enhance pimple formation. Cut those foods and include fresh fruits and vegetables into the diet.
Wash face with a medicated face wash is essential. Face wash which have salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide can help to clean a acne prone face. Gentle massage on the face is enough while washing. A good toner which can be herbal like cucumber toner or rose water will help to tighten the pores. Aloe vera moisturiser which includes vitamin E and other things that can prevent pimples. Daily spot treatment for 28 days for acne can bring a major change. Benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid or adapalene or the combination or these can help to treat acne.
Deink plenty of water as a time table basis for 28 days is good. I will be cut application of make up products these days as it worsens the acne.
