As carbohydrates are considered as the major macronutrients responsible for increasing the blood sugar level and which worsen the condition of the diabetes if high carbohydrate diet is taken. Hence if a person is taking low carbohydrate diet then the body utilizes the stored glycogen to fulfill the energy needs and thus is considered an effective approach for weight loss.
Further the low carbohydrate diet also manage the chronic condition like diabetes as the blood glucose level is not increase in this way, and hence proved to be better diet plan when a person is taking low carbohydrate foods and high dietary fibers.
